Establishing and Verifying Mechanism-Revealed Gravitational Theory (in brief)

The newly established and verified Mechanism-Revealed Gravitational Theory (MRGT): For the first time in the history of physics and science, MRGT establishes the correct universal concept of space and time by revealing and quantifying why and how the scales of space and time are variable thus relative in gravitational field (P. 445 ~ 514, Ch.4B, reference #1). The most important part of MRGT is its core concept: The core concept of Mechanism-Revealed Gravitational Theory (http://mechanism-revealedphysics-bcz21.blogspot.com/ ).

MRGT includes four principles: (1) the principle of gravitational redshift and blueshift in MRGT reveals the mechanism and essence of why and how a light experiences redshift or blueshift when the light passes across gravitational field (http://mechanism-revealedphysics-bcz22.blogspot.com/ ). (2) The principle of gravitational light bending in MRGT reveals the mechanism and essence of why and how a light is bent in gravitational field (http://mechanism-revealedphysics-bcz23.blogspot.com/ ). (3) The principle of perihelion precession of astronomical object orbiting in MRGT reveals the mechanism and essence of why and how Mercury and other planets with elliptical orbits experience perihelion precession (http://mechanism-revealedphysics-bcz24.blogspot.com/ ). (4) The principle of gravitational time reduction in MRGT reveals the mechanism and essence of why and how the clocks in gravitational field go slower (http://mechanism-revealedphysics-bcz25.blogspot.com/ ). MRGT also reveals and quantifies the mechanism of universal gravitational constant G is the reduction in the scales of space and time in gravitational field (http://mechanism-revealedphysics-bcz26.blogspot.com/ ). The fundamental master equation [Eq (4-9)] and the core equation of MRGT [Eq (4-13)] are respectively on P. 453 and 455 (Ch.4B, reference #1).

The newly established MRGT has been comprehensively and systematically verified from eight different aspects via citing published highly authoritative and widely accepted experimental/observational results.

The key to understanding of MRGT: (i) as long as you want to know why space and time are variable thus relative in gravitational field, you will readily understand MRGT, because MRGT tells the why. (ii) As long as you have known the greatest equation in the history of science, which is Einstein’s famous mass-energy equation (E = mc^2 or E0 = mc^2), you will easily understand MRGT, because the law of object’s mass doing work (P. 93 ~ 109, Ch.1A, reference #1), which lays the foundation of MRGT, also reveals the mechanism behind the greatest equation (P. 114 ~ 118, Ch.1B, reference #1).

The fundamentally profound implications of MRGT: (i) due to its mechanism-revealed nature, MRGT is mechanistically thus essentially different from Einstein’s general relativity that is postulate-based feature. (ii) MRGT is the fundamental foundation and prerequisite for establishing the mechanistically thus essentially correct concept of time and space in the universe, thus being absolutely necessary for physics to be developed on mechanistically thus essentially correct track in the 21st century even from 21st century on.

The profound application of MRGT: MRGT lays the foundation of Mechanism-Revealed Black Hole Theory (MRBHT) (P. 541 ~ 548, Ch.5B, reference #1), and MRBHT is the key to solving the fundamentally important problem of dark matter (P. 560 ~ 567, Ch.5C, reference #1). MRGT is also the key to solving the Pioneer anomaly (P. 517 ~ 530, Ch.5A, reference #1).
